Sea Moss has been used medically in other cultures for decades, to treat conditions ranging from coughs and infections to low libido.
Our Sea Moss is grown wild in the ocean on mineral rocks from the beautiful islands of the Caribbean and this natural process gives the Sea Moss its' minerals and health benefits.

Benefits Of Sea Moss
Suggested Preparation:
You should rinse your Sea Moss thoroughly with spring water (I use Kangen Alkaline Water).
You should always run your fingers through the Sea Moss to remove any trapped sand or debris.
Place the Sea Moss in a bowl with Organic Lemon or Lime, fresh spring water (I use Kangen Alkaline Water) cover and refrigerate for 24-48 hours.
Once soaked for 24-48 hrs. Discard-soaked water and give the Sea Moss another rinsing with spring water. (I use Kangen Alkaline Water)
Place the Sea Moss in a blender (Vitamix):
1 cup of Sea Moss per 1-2 cup of fresh spring (Kangen Alkaline) water.
Blend until desired texture is reached, add more water if needed.
Place Sea Moss gel in a Glass Jar (Mason) and refrigerator for 3 weeks to 1 month.
You can freeze up to 9 months.
Take 1-2 tbs per day. (Mix in smoothies, oatmeal, soups, applesauce, tea, etc.)
