Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receipt of your item/s to Request a return.
OOOPPSSS: Is there a probelm, did you receive a faulty item?
Don't Panic, here's what's needed:
1) Photos of Damaged or Wrong Item/s shipped
2) Proof of Purchase
We do ask that you please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately (within 48 hrs) and if any item/s are defective, damaged or if the wrong item/s are received we'll jump on it quickly.
To be eligible for a Return, your item/s must be in the same condition that you received it and in its Unopened Original Packaging.

We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will NOT be accepted.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to email us within 48 hrs of receipt of any item/s.
To be eligible for a Exchanges, you must email Photos & Proof of Purchase, once received we will then send you a Return Shipping Label. Also all Exchanges must be in its UNOPENED Original Packaging.
You must start your return within the 3 days from receiving the Shipping Label and once the return is received and approved you will receive an email confirmation and we'll gladly exchange and reship the correct item/s.
Can't wait, feel free to place a separate purchase for the new item/s and we'll gladly ship you what you ordered and get your Refund processed once Approved.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
